OPPORTUNITY
Beachbody developed a portfolio of new product concepts and launch prioritization was required based on empirical volume potential.
METHODOLOGY
DMG conducted a 20 minute online concept-based evaluation survey among n=2,711 Beachbody “Coaches” to assess interest in the new concepts, cannibalization of existing products, and likelihood of successful incorporation into their multilevel marketing process.
In addition to complete concept assessment, DMG built a proprietary Excel-based volumetric forecasting model for Beachbody’s future scenario planning.
IMPACT
Beachbody reprioritized their product development pipeline and financial projections based upon the insights and predicted sales volumes that DMG provided and is currently launching several of the products tested.
