As a part of their larger diligence processes, DMG regularly works with Kearney and other management consulting and private equity firms to determine market size and composition, B2B and B2C consumer attitudes and behaviors, and market dynamics across acquisition targets and divestiture opportunities.
METHODOLOGY
DMG has conducted more than 40 engagements incorporating large-scale quantitative online surveys (n=1,000 – 6,000) among both customers and consumers to support private equity decisions. This large volume of sample allows for in-depth understanding across broad markets as well as zoomed-in analyses of specific retailer’s customers and brand buyers.
